Home Membership

Designed for Swimmers any age who have limited access to equipment. We use minimal equipment and bodyweight methods to get you stronger and faster with the basics you can do at home or on the road.
3x30-45 minute workouts/week (equipment required; bar to hang from, light 1kg dumbbell, we will also use things laying around the house such as walls, chairs etc)

Designed for Swimmers aged 15+ who are looking to build some serious muscle whilst increasing speed in the pool! This program is intense and can take a few weeks to get used to, so it's recommended to be used off-season or if you have a lighter swim schedule (<5/6 sessions/week).
