SwimStrength Limited provides specialised online strength training for swimmers, including personalised training plans, educational resources, and support through our platform.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if under 18. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Membership and Payments

There is no contract, and you may cancel your membership at any time.
Payments are made on a subscription basis as outlined on our website.
Membership grants access to training programs, coaching support, and exclusive resources for as long as you remain subscribed.

5. Guarantees

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not fully invested in the program within the first 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund. To request a refund, contact us at info@swimstrength.co.uk within 30 days of purchase.

"PB or We’ll Train You for Free" Guarantee

If you do not achieve a personal best (PB) in your main event(s) (or age group PB for Masters swimmers) within your first year of training with us, we will continue to train you for free until you achieve a PB.
To qualify, you must:

Follow the prescribed training plan consistently (90%).Track progress and submit performance data as requested.Participate in at least one sanctioned competition within the 12-month period.

This guarantee is subject to review, and we reserve the right to determine eligibility.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings in Stripe (payment processor) or by emailing us at info@swimstrength.co.uk.
Refunds beyond the 30-day money-back guarantee are not provided.
Once cancelled, access to training materials and services will end at the end of the billing cycle.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and using our services.
You acknowledge that training results vary based on individual effort and consistency.
You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to participate in strength training. If in doubt, consult a healthcare professional before starting.

8. Medical Waiver

By participating in SwimStrength Limited’s training programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You understand that strength training and physical exercise involve inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injuries, cardiovascular events, and other potential medical conditions.
You confirm that you are in good physical condition and have no medical reason preventing you from engaging in exercise.
You agree to consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new fitness program, particularly if you have pre-existing medical conditions or concerns.
You voluntarily assume all risks related to your participation in our programs and release SwimStrength Limited, its trainers, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or medical conditions that may occur as a result of using our services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, training materials, and resources provided by SwimStrength Limited remain our intellectual property. You may not share, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We provide training guidance and support, but we are not responsible for injuries or adverse effects arising from training.
We do not guarantee specific results, other than those outlined in our guarantees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage incurred as a result of using our services.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
