I was stuck in an agonising plateau for 4 years. Training crazy hard, 30 hours a week, grinding in the gym... but no improvement in 4 years.

It took my retirement to start looking into why I couldn't improve. I researched what the smartest coaches in other sports were doing in the gym and started learning from the smartest minds in the field.
